Freight & Taxes:
All prices are quoted on an Ex-Factory basis, which means that the factory price does not include any duties or taxes that may be applicable in the buyer’s country. As the buyer, you are responsible for arranging the pickup of your shipment from our factory.
In case the buyer prefer us to ship order, we would be happy to do so and will provide you with a final shipping quote once your order is packed. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any damage that may occur during transportation, so we strongly advise that you arrange for insurance to protect your shipment.
Packing:
Our prices include standard packing, which consists of individual clear polybags and cardboard cartons. If you require special packing, please let us know when placing your order and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. Please note that special packing is charged separately on your invoice and instructions for special packing must be provided at the time of placing your order.
Logo Printing/Embossing/Tag Cards:
Please note that the prices for printing blocks, embossing dyes, and tag cards are not included in our quoted prices. For quantities above 300 units, we will cover the cost of printing blocks and tag cards; however, embossing dyes are still charged separately at a standard size block cost of $150 USD for a 2×2 inch block. The cost for a direct printing block for 1 color printing with a standard size is $50 USD. There is no charge for DTF/Digital Printing.
MOQ & Price Breakdown:
For samples, there is no minimum order quantity. However, please note that sample prices are double the standard price and do not include any printing, embossing, or tag cards.
Trial order MOQ is 50 Units, with a minimum of 5 units per size.
Bulk Order MOQ is 300 Units, with a minimum of 10 units per size.
Price Breakdown points are at 50 Units, 300 Units, and 1000 Units.
Price for trial orders is 20% higher than for Bulk Orders.
Material MOQ:
If you require specific colors or have special fabric demands, we will discuss lead times with you on a case-by-case basis.
Neoprene Acceptance:
Due to the nature of neoprene material and the production process involved, there may be variations in stretch of up to +/-5% and thickness may vary by +/-0.4mm. We strive to maintain consistent quality and appreciate your understanding regarding these natural variations.
Sublimation Acceptance:
Please note that digital printing/sublimation colors may vary slightly from one batch to another and we cannot guarantee 100% color matching. Sublimation is possible for small batches of a minimum of 50 units, but there may be a quantity variation of up to 10 units. If there is a shortage in material yield and client requires minimum quantity as per order, there may be color variation within the batch. Additionally, if screen printing is done on sublimation panels, there is a risk of color bleed. We do not recommend printing on sublimation panels but if client insists we only offer dark colors.
Upon Receiving Shipment:
We request that you check your shipment upon receipt and let us know if you have any concerns within 2 weeks of receiving it. If you have any complaints, please send us the details to us within 2 weeks.
Quality Risk Caused By Customer’s Unique Design:
If you have unique designs, we advise testing them before bulk production. In the event of quality issues related to the client’s design (such as seam lines positioning, customized entry, or other special customization needs), it will be the customer’s responsibility, and we kindly request understanding in this regard.
Specific Materials Requirements:
If you designate us to purchase materials from a specific supplier, please note that any material quality risks will be borne by you as the customer. This includes any risks associated with delays or other issues that may arise during execution. Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made to it. For specific material requirements, please accept that there may be variations in the total order count.
Pricing & Payment Terms:
Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date provided. In case of payment delays, kindly re-check the quote before sending the deposit.
For new buyers, we require 100% advance payment for the first order.
For regular buyers placing orders from stock items or factory offered materials, we accept a 50% deposit at the time of placing the order, with the balance payment due before shipping. The factory will proceed with shipping after confirmation of payment receipt.
Production Lead Time
The standard production lead time is 90 days, subject to prior booking. Before placing an order, please confirm the lead time with us. The lead time starts from the day the factory receives payment.
Order Cancellation Policy
We regret to inform you that once an order is confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellations. In such instances, we will do our best to extend the fulfillment of contract obligations for a period not exceeding 3 months, considering the circumstances. Please note that the buyer cannot cancel the order unilaterally. Should the buyer cancel the order, it will be considered a unilateral breach of contract. As a result, the buyer will be required to compensate the seller for all losses incurred in the order, and the seller reserves the right to resell the contract goods without being bound by tort liability.
Force Majeure
In the unlikely event of delivery problems caused by Force Majeure, including fire, natural disasters, pandemics and war our factory cannot be held responsible for delays. We will do our best to extend the lead time until circumstances return to normal.
Storage in Factory
Upon completion of an order, we will send an invoice to the customer. We are happy to offer up to 1 month of free storage for clients to prepare for logistics. After one month, our factory will charge $10 per box for each additional week of storage. If payment is not made within 3 months, our factory reserves the right to resell goods to compensate for losses without being bound by tort liability.
Others
1) We do not accept any unilateral terms or conditions set by customers, including public notices published on customer’s websites or through other means. Unless an agreement is signed by us, our terms and conditions will apply.
2) Our factory accepts customer orders for production in OEM/ODM mode. Please note that all legal risks related to appearance, patents, and intellectual property rights will be borne by the customer.
3) In order to identify the product, our factory shall be permitted by the customer to put production SN inside the wetsuits.
4) If the definition of product quality is not clearly defined, we will implement industry or factory standards.
5) Customers should accept a product quantity variation of +/- 5% and a defect rate within 3%.
6) These terms and conditions apply to our manufacturer’s factory in Pakistan. The location of our manufacturer’s factory in Pakistan shall be the place of acceptance for litigation issues.
